I take safety and success seriously. That is why I am willing to sacrifice quantity for quality. What I am saying is MLF is NOT a lesson barn. So "paying it forward" to me means sharing my knowledge with students that are making a commitment on the journey to their own success.
McKenzie takes great pride in quality horsemanship. She grew up as a member of the United States Pony Club in New England, which sparked her interest in eventing. In an ever-evolving effort to build a versatile foundation, rather than specializing in one particular equestrian sport, she explored training in all the equestrian disciplines.
As a young athlete and unable to afford a made horse, McKenzie worked with trainers in all disciplines and trained her own prospects. The process and journey of molding young, green horses was gratifying and became her passion. Mckenzie's mother purchased their first project. She seeks to recognize horses' preferences and develops them based upon the dicipline for which they have the most aptitude.
